1 large grapefruit
2 packages (3 oz each) of orange pineapple gelatin
1 c boiling water
1 c grapefruit juice
1 bottle (7 oz) ginger ale, 1 c
2 avocados, halved, peeled and sliced crosswise

Drain grapefruit and dice sections. Dissolved gelatin in water. Add fruit juice and cool. Add ginger ale. Chill until partially set. Fold in grapefruit and avocados. Pour in mold or individual molds and chill until set.
