4 to 5 stalks celery, chopped
4 to 5 apples, peeled and diced
Juice ½ lemon
½ cup broken pecans
3 to 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
Dash salt
Dash paprika
Raisins (optional)

Mix celery and apples. Add lemon juice. Mix with pecans and add mayonnaise to hold together. Add salt, paprika, and a few raisins if desired.
Serves 6.
